Evangelical Cell

The Evangelical Cell of Kawnpui College started in 2024 and aims at providing value based Education. The gatherings of the Student's Evangelical Union provide a platform for teachers to inculcate the qualities of honesty, kindness, sincerity and sympathy for fellow human beings.
The Evangelical Cell aims in bringing the students to have a deeper knowledge of Gospel and to deepen their personal relationship with God through prayer meetings, praise and worship services. It also aims in sharing the message of the Gospel with fellow students and bring others to know Christ in a loving and respectful manner and to encourage a moral and ethical living based on Christian values needed on campus.
The Student's Evangelical Union leaders (i.e. Leader, Assistant Leader, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Finance Secretary, Prayer Secretary and Music Secretary) are elected by the student members.
Regular morning devotions are held, which include prayer meetings along with short sermon from the teachers every Thursday, praise and worship meetings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The Students Evangelical Cell is an active unit of Mizoram Students' Evangelical Union (MSEU).
