Disciplinary Rules

1.  Use of mobile phones and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the class rooms. If any student violated the rule, the mobile phone or the device should be confiscated and a fine of Rs. 500/- should be imposed upon defaulter.

2.   Every student is responsible to keep the class rooms, corridors and toilet clean and tidy. Spitting on the walls, floors and other places in the College building are strictly prohibited, actions will be taken if found guilty.

3.  Smoking in the class rooms, student’s common room, and canteen and inside the campus is strictly prohibited. Defaulters should be punished with a fine of Rs. 200/- which can be enforced by any teacher.

4.  Eating is strictly prohibited inside the classrooms, and if any defaulter is found, he/she is liable for explanation to the Discipline Committee and subjected to a fine of Rs. 200/-.

5.   Any student who needs personal leave must submit a leave letter to the Principal stating the reasons for absence.

6. If any student absent classes for 5 consecutive days without any information, the parents/guardians of the concerned student should approach the Principal stating the reasons of absence of his/her children.

7.  Regarding damage to property/properties, the Discipline Committee has reported that if any student destroys any College property, the defaulter should replace the same property in cash or kind.

8.  The dress code for students must be decent inside the campus. Wearing short skirts, over-tight dresses and short pants in college is strictly prohibited. Leaders, chairpersons and participants in the College functions should wear formal dress code.

9.   Every student should wear a College T-Shirt on Tuesday and Thursday every week.

10.  Uses of intoxicating substances like alcohol, drugs, etc., in any form during College activities are strictly prohibited. Failing which may lead to a fine of Rs. 500/- and a bond sign for the first time, and suspension from attending major non-academic activities of the College for the whole semester.
